The Afterschool Program allows students the opportunity to experience and learn new skills, foster their desire for learning, assist them in their academic achievements, and provide them a safe environment during after school hours.

The 21st Century Community Learning Centers Grant is a competitive federal grant awarded to Madison School District for the specific purposes of providing afterschool activities and improving academic performance for kindergarten through twelfth grade students.

To enroll your child in one of our Afterschool Programs, click on the link to the school that your child attends, fill out the form that is sent home with your child, or pick one up at from the school secretary.  Upon completion and signing, send the form back with your child to return to their teacher or drop it off with the school secretary or other designated area.

Some of the children are bused home after the program is over depending upon which program they attend.  The Afterschool Program follows the school district’s calendar.  When school is not in session there will not be afterschool classes that day as well.
